Please follow these Best Practices:
Which browser are you using?
Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge, or Safari?
Chrome works best for our system.
Are you using multiple devices to access your course?
Phone, laptop, desktop, or iPad?
Logging into multiple devices will force the timer to choose which device was used last to access the course. Make sure that you are only logged in to one device at a time.
When you are done studying, do you close the window or hit Log out?
For the timer to log your hours correctly, please make sure to hit the log-out button and do not allow the system to time out.
The course timer does not count time spent on quizzes; it only counts time spent on the reading material.
You can also try the following steps:
1. Use Google Chrome as your browser.
2. Clear the cached images and files on your computer. Here are instructions on how to do that.
3. Open a new tab and try to log in again.
